Malmagro: best Asobal player

Portland San Antonio’s right back, Cristian Malmagro, was chosen best player of the last season in the Asobal League.

Malmagro received the award at the Asobal Opening Event in Albacete last weekend. The Catalonian player finished last season in great form and also contributed to the bronze medal of the Spanish NT in Beijing.

Malmagro commented briefly on the occasion:

“I am very proud of this award, but I must keep on working hard to get it again. Last season was good for me and I hope that the next could be even better for San Antonio. I hope to win titles this year”.

Jordi Ribera, Sterbik, Lozano or Viran Morros also received awards at the. The Asobal League will begin at the weekend.
