The Danish right winger has signed for the German champions.
Lyksborg to Leipzig
German women’s champions HC Leipzig, currently in Group 1 of the Champions League Main Round, will get Danish reinforcement next season.
22 year old right Louise Lyksborg, who has played 18 internationals for Denmark and scored 22 goals, will be leaving the present number one in the Danish league, FCK Håndbold to join the Germans. Leipzig have a Dane, Heine Jensen, as head coach.
"I have only heard positive things about the club. They have a really strong squad, and the city is lovely," Louise Lyksborg said, after signing a two year contract with the German top club.
"I am really glad that Louise Lyksborg is going to play for us. She is a very fast winger, and she possesses a great potential," Leipzig coach Heine Jensen commented on the contract with left hander Lyksborg.
