Dreams of Juancho Perez

Juancho Perez will leave a long and successful professional career behind when he will retire in June.

The gate is open for PortlandHe has suffered various injuries in the first part of the season, but now he is back in form. His defensive performance played an important role in the Portland victories. The player dreams about closing his career with a CL Final.

The 35-year old Spanish line player made his decision last summer. He talks about it:

“I don’t think about it now. I took this decision and it is definitive. I’m proud to finish my career in a club such as Portland San Antonio. We are standing in the Champions League and my dream is to say good bye in the CL Final,” Juancho explained.

Portland needs Hamburg to win against Chehovskie and then to win in Copenhagen.

“I hope that a great club such as Hamburg will win at home. In this case we will have to triumph in Copenhagen,” he added.

Juancho knows that Hamburg were not in top form in Pamplona.

“They were missing many players. They are a great team anyway and I was sure that they would improve and win against Chehovskie in front of their own fans. However, we also must play well in Denmark.”
