Hopeful Montpellier

Montpellier will start the main round of Champions League convinced that they have to reach a very difficult goal: quarterfinals.

Flensburg and Veszprém are two top clubs and the French brought only one point to the group.

The coach Patrice Canayer knows perfectly how equal Group 3 can be:

“One thing is absolutely clear: we will see beautiful games in this group. It is the most equal group in the competition if you look at the table,” the French coach said.

In such a balanced group the first games may be quickly decisive:

“It is true that the calendar can be the key. At this point all teams have equal chances and equal motivation,” explained Canayer.
