First victory for Ademar this season!

The handball season for Ademar, got off to a great start with a victory against Teka Cantabria in their first match "post Cadenas". Jordi Ribera, the new coach of Ademar, could see the possibilities in his new team. The expectations were good. Their opponents however, have only just returned to the Asobal league after experiencing financial difficulties.

The Ademar goalkeeper, Alilovic, put on a great performance with very much helped the defence. The gap began to widen in the first half with both teams were working very hard. However, with the score at 16:8 at halftime, victory for Ademar was assured. Nevertheless, Teka tried to stop the progressive attack of Ademar, but Cantabria must improve if they want to stay in the same category next season.

The second half was to all intents and purposes a training session for Ribera, who tried and tested all the possibilities through his players. The best scorer was Martin Stranovsky, who played a very good match. The Croatian newcomer, Tomci Valcic, showed a very good performance in his first outing on the court with his new team.
