Official Statement: Daniel Narcisse Transfer Case

Vienna, 23 August 2007 – The EHF Court of Appeal (COA) has dealt with the transfer case of Daniel Narcisse/FRA as already published on 10th July.

The COA, as Body of 2nd Instance in Transfer Matters, herewith confirms the decision of the Body of 1st Instance. The player is hence released to the French Handball Federation. The player’s contractual status with the club, Chambery Savoie Handball has been confirmed, which means that the player in question has been officially released from the German Handball Federation (club: Vfl Gummersbach) in accordance with this decision.
